Burn is for everyone, you can push yourself to a level you feel comfortable with. 
What is Burn?
Ross has a CrossFit background and brings this type of training to Burn. The majority of the classes will be body weight exercises with a strong focus towards a full body workout. Each session will be unique and designed to keep you working hard to achieve that BURN!
