Mika Elmashd

Mika is an online coach & personal trainer, Mika has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and over 3 years as a fitness model. Mika believes that with patience and discipline, anyone can achieve their goals. It's because of this, he decided to focus his time on becoming an online coach/personal trainer. Mika wants to pass on his knowledge and experience, inspire his clients, and help others reach their targets. Alex O'Loughlin

I know that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. Often people train and use food as a reward but then don't realise the benefit of following simple diet and sleep habits. As a working mother of three, I know how hard it can be, but I believe I can share my experiences and help you make your food work for you.

Ross Wilhelm

Ross has fueled his life with a passion for health and fitness, from competing at a national level in Tae Kwon Do and Handball to skateboarding, running, swimming, mountain biking, and completing marathons and assault courses. He is a qualified gym instructor, personal trainer, and 2nd-degree black belt. He is dedicated to sharing his experience and enthusiasm with others and thrives on helping others to achieve their goals.

I enjoy supporting those who wish to become the best versions of themselves. Fitness training improves your mental, social & physical well-being. All abilities are welcome due to each session being personalized to your skill levels. I have been dedicated to health and fitness my entire life. I started my fitness journey with a set goal in mind...competing in javelin and powerlifting alongside the British athletics association. From a young age, and placed high in the country for my events. I now compete as a bodybuilder. Qualifications: Level 2 gym instructor, Level 3 personal trainer, kettlebell, circuit, studio cycling/spinning coach and Sports massage. Fully first aid trained.

Jessie Wong

I am a Personal trainer and a fitness instructor.

I love all things high intensity, burning calories, and building muscles whilst completing interesting circuits or supersets.

I create tailored workouts based on your ability and goals as well as your exercise preferences.

I will listen to all the feedback and program accordingly. I want my clients to enjoy exercising and look forward to the sessions whilst building confidence in the gym and around a variety of equipment.

Together we will find an exercise that you love and create lasting habits for a healthier lifestyle.

I offer single sessions as well as 6-12 week programs which include nutritional advice and access to the plans online.
