Who is SHRED IT for?
SHRED IT is for any ability and fitness level. The class is designed to push you whilst including modifications so any level will feel like they get a workout.
What is SHRED IT?
It’s a HIIT style workout- high-intensity interval training is a training technique in which you give your one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. It’s done through a circuit layout that you can do on your own or with a partner. Each exercise has a station at which you will complete the exercise which is demonstrated and written down in case you forget.
