What is Sunday Stamina Session?
This session will burn a lot of calories, you will spend a lot of the time continuously working with minimal breaks keeping your heartrate high for an extended period. The workout focuses on both cardio endurance and strength endurance. Participants will need to wear a MyZone belt.
