Who is Burn for?
Burn is for everyone. You can push yourself to a level you feel comfortable with.
What is Burn?
The majority of the classes will be bodyweight exercises with a strong focus on a full-body workout. Each session will be unique and designed to keep you working hard to achieve that BURN!
ME BootCamp

Who is Motivate Everyone Bootcamp for?
Bootcamp is for everyone, each exercise is designed to have different intensity variations to allow you to push yourself as much as you feel comfortable.
What is Bootcamp?
Bootcamp is a monthly exercise routine, this means that you will have time to adjust to the exercises and allow yourself to improve your performance during the month. You will use a wide range of equipment from Bodypump bars, weight plates and dumbbells as well as bodyweight exercises. This is a long-established class at Optimus and is very popular, use your FitSense app to reserve your place!
Shred-It

Who is SHRED IT for?
SHRED IT is for any ability and fitness level. The class is designed to push you whilst including modifications so any level will feel like they get a workout.
What is SHRED IT?
It’s a HIIT-style workout- high-intensity interval training is a training technique in which you give your one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. It’s done through a circuit layout that you can do on your own or with a partner. Each exercise has a station at which you will complete the exercise which is demonstrated and written down in case you forget.

What is Triple P?
It is designed to push both your mental and physical barriers. High reps of burpees, pushups, and squats mixed with other bodyweight exercises and running.
Complete a set workout as fast as you physically can.
Suitable for all fitness levels, go at your own pace and expect to be pushed to your maximum potential.
MetCon

What is Callisthenics?
Callisthenics is a form of strength training consisting of various movements that exercise large muscle groups, such as standing, grasping, pushing, etc. These exercises are often performed rhythmically and with minimal equipment. Lawrence will breakdown the movements so you can progress on them over time.

Judo

Judo is for everyone who wants to learn a new martial art!
What is Judo?
Judo is a martial art that focuses on trying to throw your opponent as well as holding your opponent on the mat, strangling your opponent or putting your opponent in an armlock. The sessions focus on learning new techniques, cardio specific to Judo and Randori (free practice i.e. fighting).
